These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ezycampus ERP website, pilot program, and applications (the “Services”), operated by Paperfox Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, Sakthi Supermarket Building, 408, Perundurai Rd, Erode, Tamil Nadu 638011, India (“Ezycampus”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services or submitting the pilot questionnaire, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be authorised to act for your institution to request a pilot or open an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account credentials.

2. The pilot program

• The pilot lets your institution evaluate Ezycampus with the modules you select, for the duration you choose (e.g. 1, 2, 3, or 6 months).
• The pilot is free for the chosen duration.
• When the pilot ends, we will confirm the plan, modules, and pricing with you. From that point, billing begins for the modules you choose to keep, or access is paused/disabled if you choose not to continue.
• We will not charge you automatically without your prior confirmation.
• We may set reasonable limits during a pilot and may end a pilot that is misused.

3. Fees & billing (post-pilot)

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or subscription. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Non-payment may lead to suspension of access.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, attempt to breach security, or access data you are not authorised to access.
• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable law, including data-protection law.

5. Your data & privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For institutional data, you are the Data Fiduciary and we act as your Data Processor under your instructions. You are responsible for obtaining the notices and consents your users require.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and content, are owned by Ezycampus and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your pilot or subscription. Your institution's own data remains yours.

7. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” during the pilot, without warranties of any kind. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ezycampus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. [Confirm liability cap with counsel.]

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
