How is Ezycampus priced?+
Pricing is per student and depends on the modules you choose. You only pay for what you use — tell us your size and needs and we'll share a clear quote.
Is the pilot really free?+
Yes. You run a pilot for the duration you choose (1–6 months) at no cost. When it ends we confirm the plan and pricing — billing only begins if you decide to continue, and access is simply paused if you don't.
Is data migration included?+
Yes — migrating your existing student and fee data from Excel or your current software is included in onboarding.
Can we add modules later?+
Absolutely. Start with what you need most and switch on more modules as you grow — it's all one platform.
Are there setup or hidden fees?+
No hidden fees. We'll lay out onboarding, training and any one-time costs up front before you commit.
